Chicca Savino is a Roman artist whose versatility has been a hallmark of her career since childhood, when, under the guidance of her set designer grandfather, she approached oil painting before perfecting her skills at the Academy of Decorative Arts. Her production has progressively evolved, characterized by vibrant chromatism and the versatility of acrylics as she transitioned from figurative syntax to a Pop art style. A pivotal moment was her encounter with sculptor Massimiliano Giara, which led her to explore materials; from clay, she creates works that capture the contradictions of the Roman environment with a disarming irony that remains profound.

Her artistic journey is one of constant evolution, reflecting an individual who is not afraid of self-critique while maintaining solid foundations in color theory and an optimistic outlook on life. This philosophy culminates in her sculpture series featuring various heads, which serve as vessels for ideas, dreams, and thoughts, interpreted in a surreal and provocative way to stimulate the public. By cleverly repurposing discarded objects within these figures' hairstyles, the artist elevates specific details while delivering a poignant message against pollution and environmental damage.
